The project's mission was to position this brand as Lisbon’s finest apartments, a brand that resulted from the recovery of old buildings steeped in history, with top finishes and decor, designed to detail, with charm and comfort.
Milestones held a strategic report with an action plan, including a new pricing policy, website, setting new rate codes, opening new channels, among others.
Then monthly worked the areas of marketing, sales and revenue management in order to implement the designed plan.
